The en-suite room came equipped with luxuriously soft linens and offered a delightful experience of stunning views of the lough, making every morning visually captivating. I found the coffee and tea amenities a nice touch, especially after a long day of outdoor activities.
Breakfast didn't kick off until 9:00 AM, which can be a drag for those early risers looking to hit the trails or get on the road. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit-or-miss, leaving me disconnected at times when I wanted to plan my next move. while the nearby dining options were conveniently within walking distance, I found the choices limited, particularly during quieter mid-week evenings when several restaurants were closed.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this lovely B&B! We enjoyed walks around the beautiful gardens and tried our hands at hiking up the nearby mountains. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious Ulster Fry while listening to traditional music. Highly recommend the hospitality from the friendly hosts who are eager to share local tips and suggestions for exploring more of the area!
One thing to keep in mind is that the Wi-Fi wasn’t always reliable, which made it tough to plan our next activities at times.
